Email
We currently limit email attachments to 10 Mb and we ask that you use a compression program such as Mac OS X's built-in Compress, Stuffit or 7-Zip to minimize file size and preserve file integrity.
Reminders
Files transferred through the web-based file server or email must be compressed. Compress your files to ensure file integrity. We accept most file formats. When submitting application files, be sure to include all fonts and images needed to process your product. When submitting pdf files, we ask that you create them using the PDF/X-1a:2001 iso standard. We will retrieve files from your FTP site or file transer service upon request.
